5.1 Nature of Consultations

5.2 Scheduling and Attendance

You are responsible for attending scheduled consultations at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule or cancel a consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to attend without notice may affect your ability to schedule future consultations.

5.3 Consultation Recordings

Consultations may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes only with your explicit consent. You will be informed before any recording takes place.

6. Fees and Payment

Consultation fees and payment terms will be communicated to you before scheduling services. All fees are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before or at the time of the scheduled consultation unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a scheduled consultation with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

All content on the Xorbalance website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Xorbalance or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
